Casey Kasem in Critical Condition in Northwest Wash. Hospital
Radio personality Casey Kasem, who is at the center of a legal battle between family members over his care, was in critical condition at a Washington state hospital with an infected bed sore.
Kasem, 82, was brought to the emergency room at St Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor, Washington, on Sunday suffering from the infection and was admitted that day, His condition has since deteriorated, and his family has gathered at his bedside.
Jim Rose Promoted to Station Manager of KING TV
KING director of sales Jim Rose has been promoted to VP and station manager of the Seattle NBC affiliate.
Rose started at KING in 2000. Previously he worked for KTVX in Salt Lake City and was a research manager for Blair TV in New York. He started his career as promotion coordinator withWPLJ-FM in New York.
