Lake Cowichan Radio Station Shuts Down for Lack of Volunteers
The tiny volunteer-run, community station that broadcast to the Cowichan Lake area using the amount of power in a light bulb, closed as of Dec. 31, 2017, because it simply ran out of volunteers to run it.
