Broadcasters Victory: US Supreme Court Rules Against Aereo Streaming Service
By a vote of 6 to 3 the Supreme Court delivered a fatal blow to Aereo, ruling that its streams of broadcast TV channels do violate copyright law.
Thus it should pay retransmission fees to stations similar to those paid by US cable systems.
