Paul McCartney formed a new band Wings, the late Patsy Cline was inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame, early radio's 1st drama series debuted on WGY Schenectady, Garth Brooks performed in New York's Central Park for HBO, and ABC-TV debuted 'Prime Time Live.'
