CORNERSTONE UNIVERSITY Contemporary Christian WCSG (91.3)/GRAND RAPIDS (Michigan) morning host JOHN BALYO (pictured) will plead guilty to two federal charges of child sexual exploitation, reports ABC affiliate WZZM-TV/GRAND RAPIDS.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of MICHIGAN filed two counts against BALYO on WEDNESDAY alleging sexual exploitation of a 12-year-old boy to make child pornography and possession of child pornography.
A plea deal will have BALYO plead guilty at a JULY 29th hearing and turn over computers and equipment he used to create the porn, while U.S. Attorney PATRICK MILES will not seek additional charges from a federal grand jury. BALYO faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years up to a maximum of 50 years in prison.
