LEXINGTON, SC (FOX Carolina) –
In wake of the tragedy in Dallas, TX, one South Carolina lawmaker took to social media to point the blame at the media.
SC Senator Katrina Frye Shealy, a Republican who represents Lexington County, took to Facebook on Friday to express her dissatisfaction of the media.
from her facebook page….
America’s Biggest Problem
Race is not our biggest problem – we are a country made up of many races and nationalities. Granted we need to sit down at the table and learn to work together but this is not our biggest problem and it is not going away! Law Enforcement is certainly not our problem. Everyone of our Law Enforcement officers put their life on the line every day. They do this with less pay than most jobs and less opportunities for advancement. What we need to do is offer more training, higher salaries, better benefits and more protection and better equipment for law enforcement. We need to take time to thank our officers, EMT, and Firefighters when we see them. Their lives make our lives safer. Our biggest problem could very possibly (most likely) be the Media!!! If we could shut down all media for one month except for weather reports and let everyone else do their job I bet we would see a change. The media sensationalizes everything that happens stirring the pot, fueling an already blazing fire. Now you may agree with me or not but that is why we all have our own Facebook Page…to Voice our Opinions!!! God Bless the USA and pray for those in harms way today.

Right On! I can’t believe what kind of control the mainstream media have over the populace, but then, why should I be surprised. There are six corporations in the world who own over 90% of the Industry. There is no doubt the news which is presented to us is not only biased, but appears to be trying to formulate our opinions, especially when it comes to politics. How the government controls the media, how the incredible breaking news about ‘Crooked Hillary’ one day, then its like a staged massacre the following day, just to take our minds off of the likes of Clinton and other corrupt politicians… Its a pattern. Am I the only one seeing it?

Funny how CNN went with wall-to-wall coverage of police shootings of black males until dropping the topic entirely about 1 1/2 years ago. The narrative probably got inconvenient when even Obama’s Justice Department couldn’t prove Michael Brown’s death was homicide-by-cop, let alone racially motivated.
Then suddenly last week, CNN starts banging the drum again in the wake of the Baton Rouge and Minneapolis shootings. It’s not that such incidents disappeared after the DOJ’s Brown report. There’s been about 500 year to date and approximately 1,000 in 2015.
Call me suspicious, but perhaps CNN ramped it up again because their gal Hillary was on the griddle in the wake of FBI director Comey’s damning recitation of her lies to the public. The Clinton News Network is trying to help her change the topic. Too bad it may have inflamed the loon in Dallas to go on a cop-killing spree.
This Senators comments come from a state filled with racism. She lives in a cocoon. She believes race is not a big problem, what a joke! Blame the media for everything. Yes, its true that all media outlets have a slant or a leaning. CNN is pushing Hillary Clinton and Rasmussen.com is pushing Don Trump, no doubt in my mind. A wealthy white Republican Senator giving her opinion is fine, but take it with a grain of salt.
“Wealthy and white,” Rob? You got a problem with that?
