‘We understand Bell gives out employment service awards for every 5 years you’ve been with the company. Because Jonny transferred back in the day from (CHUM) 91.7 The Bounce to then, The Beat 94.5/now 94.5 Virgin Radio, he completed 10 years with the company.
It looks like Jonny went for the plaque. The employee gets to chose a small gift and whether you would prefer a plaque with your year inscribed, or a service pin with the number on it!

Congrats Jonny!! One of the truly nice guys in radio. However, someone is slightly off on the math. Jonny started at the then-brand-new 91-7 The Bounce (Edmonton) in February 2005, as the station’s first morning host. So he should have received his plack 14 months ago, shouldn’t he?? 😉
