Rudy Chase, who since 2009 has been the PD/Morning host of The River in Kamloops will join FM 96 Kingston May 5 as their new morning show host. Chase replaces Jesse Modz who moved to the drive show at St Catherine’s HTZ FM. Previous to Kamloops Chase was the morning host & PD of Mountain FM in the Kootenays.
CKRV 97.5 in Kamloops seems to be like a revolving door the last few years. Everyone is abandoning ship… Any insight or is this just how the radio biz works?
It’s kind of of like NL, a good training ground. Rudy is good operator, and will do well in Kingston, the guy before him Ara, seems to be doing well in Edmonton on Bounce.
