Ted will be missed big time. A legend he is. Back in the 90’s when ever I would be in Vancouver I always tuned into BCTV to watch Ted Chernecki. Eventually I would watch from Saskatoon.Such a talented broadcaster…..Happy Retirement!

(Of course, unlike the OP in that Reddit thread, I have little sympathy for Mr. Bertuzzi or for Canucks management threatening to remove Global’s “access” to the team.)
We’re sure going to miss Ted’s in-depth reporting. In this day & age of media scrums and reporters asking questions when they’ve been given permission by a PR person, Ted chose the opportune time to step back and enjoy retirement. All the best to a great warrior.
