‘Simpsons,’ ‘Family Guy,’ ‘Central Park’ Make Voice Changes
Following nationwide protests against racism, the people behind the animated shows “The Simpsons,” “Family Guy,” “Big Mouth” and “Central Park” are rethinking which actors should be able to voice a non-white role.
In a statement to USA TODAY, a representative for Fox cofirmed that, moving forward, “The Simpsons” will no longer have white actors voicing non-white characters.
Though the rep did not name which specific characters and actors will be affected by the decision, the announcement comes months after Hank Azaria (pictured above) stepped down as the beloved yet divisive Apu, a character criticized as promoting negative stereotypes about Indians.
“Once I realized that that was the way this character was thought of, I just didn’t want to participate in it anymore,” Azaria told The New York Times in February. “It just didn’t feel right.”
Azaria has voiced various characters in the fictional town of Springfield over the last three decades, including Moe Szyslak and Chief Wiggum, but he has become synonymous with Apu, an Indian immigrant who owns the Kwik-E-Mart convenience store and is best known for his catchphrase, “Thank you, come again.”
On Friday, voice actor Mike Henry announced on Twitter he will step down as Cleveland Brown, a role he has voiced on “Family Guy” since 1999. Henry also voiced the role on the “Family Guy” spin-off “The Cleveland Show” from 2009 to 2013.

Could society be quickly veering into a time where Pasty White Males might become “The
Hunted” where in a new upcoming futuristic series in the style of a Planet of the Apes where all other uh People Kind could be attempting to uh hunt down, capture, and eventually execute, and force into extinction the once dominant “White Male” ?
Eventually all Pasty White Males would be hunted down and destroyed other than the ones that might exist in captivity, held in zoos that once long ago held wild animals of many different species before they were once closed down due to inhuman conditions .
I strongly believe that a series like that might work, perhaps it could be a CBC Production, I think it would be perfect for the People’s Broadcaster .
Imagine zoos full of caged Past White Guys wearing stained singlet T Shirts and ungodly garish boxer shorts and knee length socks with holes in the toes, standing and sitting around playing cribbage, drinking beer, smoking cigarettes, cigars, and screaming incoherent phrases and words at one another while making crude and suggestive actions at the crowd huddled in safety on the safe side of the fence and moat .
I think we might have the makings of a real winner here .
Dr. William Pierce, who described himself as a white nationalist, and was denounced by corporate media as a “racist”, “nazi”, and “white supremacist” wrote a book called “The Turner Diaries”.
Naturally, if corporate media unites in unison to condemn a book, and the author of this book, it means that I would have to read it. So I did.
In my wildest dreams, I never imagined that the scenarios he presented in this book would come true.
Sadly, Dr. Pierce died some years ago and before he had a chance to see his prophecies come true.
I will make a point of reading it .
