Former Vancouver DJ Peter Starr died from cancer at the home of a friend in Colorado on July 3 at age 80. He was a Boss Jock at CKLG from 1966-68 and then CFUN from 1968-70 before moving to Los Angeles as a writer/ producer/ director of Peter Starr Entertainment.
