Campbell River tributes Hugh Smith, who passed away December 14, 2021 at Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria at age 73. He was part of the original crew to launch CKVU-TV Vancouver in 1976, working in Master Control. Smith was the Community Program Manager at CRTV in Campbell River for 28 years.
