Vancouver broadcaster Ryan Sullivan, digital host, content creator and announcer at JACK CJAX-FM 96.9 Vancouver is headed to Halifax. He’s joining Surge 105.1 CKHY-FM. Sullivan has been part of Vancouver’s media since earning a broadcast journalism diploma from BCIT in 2010. Twitter Announcement
