The CRTC has approved an application by Durham Radio Inc. for authority to change the ownership and effective control of Roundhouse Radio, the licensee of CIRH-FM 98.3 Vancouver, which went off the air May 6, 2018. The Commission has also approved Durham’s request to replace CIRH-FM’s spoken word programming with a rhythmic soft contemporary jazz format. CRTC Release
