No new station sale transactions appeared in the FCC databases as of mid-afternoon (ET) MONDAY (6/14).
The application for SINCLAIR RADIO OF SEATTLE LICENSEE, LLC’s previously-announced sale of News-Talk KVI-A, News KOMO-A, and Hot AC KPLZ (STAR 101.5)/SEATTLE, News KOMO-F/OAKVILLE, WA, booster KOMO-FM1/TUKWILA, WA, and K249DX/REDMOND, WA to LOTUS SEATTLE CORP. for $18,058,604 ($5 million at closing, the rest either in cash at closing or in radio advertising on LOTUS stations provided to SINCLAIR TV stations) has been filed, showing that the deal does not include the KOMO-A and KOMO-F call letters and all programs and programming material associated with the calls.
