Time to get out the tossed salad and scrambled eggs, because Frasier is calling again! The Emmy-winning sitcom that ran for 11 seasons on CBS is returning with Kelsey Grammer via Paramount+ (the name of the rebranded streaming service CBS All Access, which officially “launches” March 4).
“Having spent over 20 years of my creative life on the Paramount lot, both producing shows and performing in several, I’d like to congratulate Paramount+ on its entry into the streaming world,” said Grammer, who will also executive produce the revival, in a statement. “I gleefully anticipate sharing the next chapter in the continuing journey of Dr. Frasier Crane.”

Looking forward to its return. May I suggest a theme. Frasier battles with PCSJW ownership and PD to try and broadcast relevant events and has difficulty with management but the show has a large audience
Like all shows these days it will be uber “Woke”.
I wonder if we’ll see some of the original cast? I know there have been some deaths since the show was cancelled but there are others employed on other programs these days. It’s not unheard of for actors to be on more than one show at a time these days so I guess anything is possible. As they say, “stay tuned”.
Recycle, re-use, regurgitate. The derth of new ideas on TV is appaulling.
TV trying to become relevant by introducing long cancelled series and getting on the streaming platform a decade late.
