After nearly 5 years at 1445 Pembina Hwy (making it a total of 14 years with CHUM/Bell Media) its time for a new challenge. I’ve accepted the National Format Director role at Rogers for the JACK FM brand. I am so honoured to be joining the Rogers team, and can’t wait to setup shop at CJAQ-FM as my home base. If you know me, you’ll know this was a hard choice. I busted my ass to get Howard Kroeger’s chair and his 1st BOB station. I was with H and Chris Brooke in 2002 for the launch of BOB, and was lucky enough to be with Kroeger Media in the USA for both BOB & HANK FM. Now after 4.5 years with Bell
Media, I’m proud to leave the Winnipeg market with Virgin Radio #1 and BOB #3. I’m also very proud of CKX-FM | BOB Brandon and all the success we’ve had in Westman. Thank you to my Winnipeg & Brandon teams for their dedication to audio and keeping our industry crazy. Boring sucks, and we proved that every broadcast day.
NOW – on to YYC, and to JACK, who reaches coast to coast. I can’t wait to amp up the crazy with you. There are always possibilities… ??
