At 6 this morning the flip was made on Calgary’s FM radio dial. CKCE ended its 8.5 years as KooL FM and was rebranded as 101.5 Today Radio.
The Hot AC format remains, but management says there is now a more liberal mixing in of music from the 80s, 90s and the early 2000s. The lineup of station personalities will continue virtually unchanged.
The big change amounts to the addition of an evening show featuring highlights from the Crash and Mars morning show (pictured below) on sister Jim Pattison station 102.3 Now!
