The mystery continues at iHEARTMEDIA Top 40 KBKS (106.1 KISS FM)/SEATTLE, as iHEARTMEDIA PACIFIC NORTHWEST Region Pres. and KBKS GM ROBERT DOVE announced at 4p PT that while the station won’t change formats, it will continue to be “under construction.”

At the same time, it offered $10,000 to the person who refers “SEATTLE’s Funniest Person” to host its next morning show, and if they are funny enough, they too can “win a full-time job.”
“106.1 KISS FM is dead serious about finding Seattle’s Funniest person for our new morning show and we need your help. So much so that we will pay you $10,000 to help! Does your friend, co-worker, neighbor, family member have what it takes? Are they funny enough? Tell us who it is. If they get the gig, you get $10K!”
And with that, KBKS returned to music, playing PANIC! AT THE DISCO’s “High Hopes.”
