The actor was best known for his television work.
Brad Bufanda, best known for his work on Veronica Mars, has died, his rep, Kirsten Solem, confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter. He was 34.
Bufanda died by suicide on Wednesday, just after midnight, Ed Winter of the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Department said. “There was a note,” Winter said.
The rep for the actor said that the family is asking for privacy at this time. “We are completely devastated for he was an extremely talented young actor and wonderful, caring human being,” Solem said. “He was reviving his career having just completed two movies, and we are shocked and saddened by his passing.”
Bufanda jumped from a building in the 300 block of Fuller Avenue, Winter said. His body was found by a transient, who called police.
Bufanda played Felix Toombs on Veronica Mars. He also appeared on CSI: Miami, Malcolm in the Middle, Even Stevens, Days of Our Lives and Boston Public.

I find this highly suspicious. A good looking young male actor, who no doubt saw the sexual side of Hollywood. He had so much going for himself. Could he have been tossed from that roof? Conspiracy you say, with what actor Corey Feldman has said, there are six names, big names which could take down the entire show. These people are desperate and running scared. Nothing like setting an example by silencing a potential accuser. I don’t believe this man committed suicide.
My thoughts exactly. If it turns out Bufanda’s death was not a “suicide” as currently reported, then whoever was responsible for his death (likely a hired goon or two sent by one of the Hollywood bigwigs now being accused) will be found out and made to pay.
