What has happened with Virgin, right in the basement with the two Harvard radio stations. Not a very Merry Christmas when it comes to numbers like this. Seems like a whole lotta shakin is or must start happening, cause whatever they’re doing, isn’t working.
Haven’t those Harvard stations been in the basement since day one? Must be very frustrating for all involved.
Same old, same old…as the Eskimos and Oilers go, so goes CHED.
This market is stale, it needs a shake-up. Iam constantly switching channels to find decent DJs/music. It’s just boring.
Cruz and Virgin are a disaster drastic changes needed from top to bottom
Cruz just needs to close the doors.
An AM music station in the TOP 6! Name a Country FM that’s glad CFCW isn’t.
I agree. I think they thought Lochlin Cross would be their savior. Clearly not.
You’d think they would refresh the talent at the Edmonton Virgin
Hiring relatives is keeping them in the bottom.
Mikey,
Please elaborate? Don’t understand the relative reference?

Just saw an old article when ez rock switched from ac to top 40 Virgin. Ez was number 4 in the market with a 7.4 share. Virgin #15 with a 1.7. Nuff said. Stupid business decision in 2011…still one of the biggest blunders in the radio business in Canada ever.
