The media outlet in question is TMZ, which reported that Mitchell is unresponsive and in a coma, according to new conservatorship documents.
According to the website, the 71-year-old singer was found unconscious in her home on March 31, though in the days following her website reported that she was indeed on the mend.

Interesting that her website call it rumours. It clearly states in the Conservator-ship paperwork that she is unresponsive. As much as people love to hate on TMZ, they have never got a story incorrect. Harvey Levin prides himself on the fact TMZ only goes ahead with stories that have been vetted and fact checked.
