A story by Chris Quintana in the Santa Fe New Mexican reports that WABC/New York morning host and Westwood One syndicated personality Don Imus is putting his 24,000 acre New Mexico ranch on the market for $32 million. Founded by Imus and his wife Deirdra in 1998, the ranch was developed into a non-profit operation that, over the years, has hosted more than 2,000 kids with cancer for summer ranch experiences. Imus told the newspaper he’s selling the property because he believes he and his family can support more charities with the proceeds from a sale. He also noted that he hopes to sell to a group interested in continuing the goals of the non-profit Imus Ranch. The newspaper reports the facility — located just outside Santa Fe — includes 28 bedrooms and 34 bathrooms, located in 11 buildings.
